Lezat Beach Restaurant

Direct above the beach spread over 1500 square meters andyour table will have a spectacular view of the islands Nusa Penida and Lombok (on a clear day) and as much local Balinese life as you care to take part in – local fishermen still beach their boats in front of the resort and are proof of how fresh we get the “Catch of the Day” – every day! ??

The sea breeze keeps it cool and the sound of surf brings that touch of Bali that you will remember along with the quality holiday time you spend with us. There are usually around 40 places near the bar and 80 to 100 seats in the restaurant and beach side so waiting is not a concern for either our resort guests or those that are just passing.

We serve:

Breakfast

Breakfast at Lezat’s is always the start of a good day, either at your table on the beach front with the warm winds gently blowing and the sound of waves washing up on the white sand around the multi-coloured boats of the local fisherman or in the informal and relaxed atmosphere of the main restaurant overlooking the beach.

Breakfast choices range from Balinese Bubur Ayam (soft rice porridge with shredded chicken and boiled egg), balinese cakes and kopi through Indonesian Nasi Goreng (fried rice with chicken, vegetables and egg) to American and Continental style. All are of course, served with a wide range of coffee, tea, fruit juices and fruits.

Lunch

Lunchtime in Bali can be the hottest part of the day and most people prefer something light and easy for their midday meal. At Le Zat we aim to please so there are the day’s specials of course but also the usual Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato (BLT) or chicken sandwich standards and many other Western selections to choose from. If your tastes run to Balinese/Indonesian then that is also catered for with Nasi Campur (mixed) or a vegetable tempura.

The pool with loungers is only meters away for that Balinese after lunch siesta (Spanish, we know but it’s what we all mean). Special barbecues (pork ribs and/or seafood) are available on request.

Dinner

Evening is a special time in Bali after the sun has gone down around 6 and things are cooling off nicely after a busy day doing nothing much. Most of our guests are usually pretty hungry so we at Le Zat try our best to make that a feeling worth looking forward to.

Our kitchen Chef has daily specialties that reflect Balinese culture such as Duck Tutu or Chicken Betutu (fried chicken with sauces on the side) or barbeque pork spare ribs. Our menu is built to please all so we have about equal numbers of selections from Indonesian, Balinese and Western cuisines.
